Don't forget that closing a lane on Division, Monroe, and Michigan will take police off of the streets fighting crime to give people tickets for using this "bus only" lane for the Silver Line joke.
In 2009 days before the last Silverline vote, GR mayor George Heartwell went to the Rapid on behalf of his
neighborhood and had the Silverline route changed to keep it out of his Heritage Hill neighborhood as they had
traffic, noise, and vibration concerns.. So it is okay for us to pay for this and have it our neighborhoods? If it is not good for Heritage Hill it is not good for other neighborhoods.

@tarkin79100 I never really thought of that but you are right.... and with the shootings everynight.. they don't need the police wasting time on this
