The only bad thing about this game is the health system, i hate how your health goes down so fast and you have to pay attention to the health bar all the time so you know when to use a first aid kit....they shouldd have it like call of duty where your screen gets bloody n shit.

If your going tonuse any plasmids on a big daddy, i would say winter blast and electro shock are the most effective

@posidon100 Actually, its vice-versa for me. I find Rosies harder to kill. Rosies have more health, can hit you from long range, good accuracy, proximity mines, rivet guns that do quite a bit of damage, a hard melee, and good speed. Bouncers are better at speed and melee damage, but can easily be dodged. Rosies are a little bit more flexible when it comes to countering your dodges.

Harvest removes the adam slug from the girl completly, u get more adam, but the process kills the girls. Saving them,. severs the bond, u get less adam but the girls live and return to normal

@SPROFISH545 yeah if you save 'em you get bonus stuff that you cannot get at all otherwise. Also, every three you are given a bonus of 200 adam, so over the course of the whole game the difference between saving and harvesting is really small.

@codebird11 Honestly, I'm not sure how many tonics there are total...any 53 will do the trick for the achievement. My recommendation would be [generally] to not buy any and explore everywhere to find them; you can buy what you still don't have at the Gatherer's Garden in Point Prometheus (and cheap too!). Look at this website called "Visual Walkthroughs," they have maps showing where all the tonics are.

Hate to be a buzzkill, but the "Enrage" plasmid was being misused here. It's meant to turn the "Enraged" against any other enemies around them. The only time it was of use was right at the end, and that was a brief distraction.

Crazy stuff right there... almost reminds me of my first Bouncer battle. But seriously, I felt really bad after I killed that Big Daddy... I always do since the little sister seems so unhappy. To return the favor, I rescue them. :) But those big daddies are something to be a good friend with. That's why you use the Hypnotize Big Daddy plasmid. Well, I'm resource-mad so I'd rather kill them...

I find Hpynotizing Big Daddy isn't that useful, even at later upgrades, as it tends to hit me with friendly fire/impale while it's battling the splicers. Worth duffing them up for the near $100 you get from them.

That's indeed true, as it sucks up your EVE and you lose hypos more often, and you really can't keep them for a while. They don't have that many enemies to fight if you just want them to follow. But yeah, it's good for weakening a big daddy... as in, let him do all the work while you sit there with camoflauge. :D

lol... best way to use enrage is when there are 2 big daddys in one area, if you're lucky you can get 3. used it on Fort Frolic with 3. get them to each fight the next & you can easily collect the atom.

This is the worst fight ever... at least find some propane tanks and set up a trap

The best thing is not to kill any Little Sisters but save them. After every 3 saved little sisters you receive a tonic and 200 extra ADAM besides the 80 ADAM you get from saving. It's enough to buy some upgrades, receive 100G for saving every LS and 40G for meeting every LS,
