I wrote this fanfare when I marching at FAMU. I was 19. It sounds good, but you guys have made some changes from when we played it! MUCH respect to Dunwoody and those before him who have maintained the LEGACY of SOUND & SWAG!! Keep up the good work!! @bayshawn I went to Southern, and i could answer it..... BUT, my "brothers" went to FAMU and played trombone. I even seen the class of 2004 become members of "The Circle" summer of 2005 (Sabon *spelling* borrowed my Polo boots.... They were never the same after that). I would never expose the secrets though.....

its krazzy how with other bands... when they play a fanfare the other band has to listen to what they play kuz its pretty quiet with just one section.... but see FAMU has a section twice as big as a normal section sooo... its pretty damn loud lol

not sure who this is but i came up on trombone 2000....did you know our upper classmen got kicked out of the band and we held down the section as freshman? even featured on Lassus Trombone. We had 97 teachin us tho (and shouts out to Mo 99 my section leader)

Our Fanfares are either real songs arranged for the section by the section or Original Compositions. CHEW ON THIS, the Thunder can plan ANY FANFARE better than any other section if we just wanted to take them from you, then everyone would be PISSED, not that we really care, but there is honor among thieves. (NO PUN INTENDED) RUTHFUL!!!
