At times the BNC is dedicated as the "monitor" only and you can not access the main screen using this monitor. You will have two monitors but can only see the mouse on the main monitor. There are some dvr's that have a program key or setting within the DVR to change from VGA to BNC but you can not use both. It would be helpful to know what the brand and item number is.
i have a problem with my DVR... i can only use my mouse or access the menu using the VGA cable & the picture isnt centered on my screen.., if i use a BNC cable i CANT access my menu or use my mouse is this normal???
