The problem with everyone who blames the union for their problems I can ask 1 question? How involved where you with your union. The fact is the workers are the union and you decide in a democratic way and for every person I have heard say I got screwed by the union I find out it was their own fault or they never where involved with voting or bringing up issues like yours to the workers. managers hire the lazy,worry about your own work ethic and get involved and make change for your own good.

CWA is so two-faced, you support The Employee Free Choice Act yet your going to force me, a VZB employee, into the union and force me to pay dues. I did not want or need a union to get to the position I'm in. I worked hard to get here and don't need some lazy union guy wanting my job bumping me becuse he worked in Verizon longer. I will not pay union dues and will start a class action lawsuit naming Verizon and CWA if one cent of my pay is taken without my consent.

what a pussy you are. The only reason you get what you get is because unions brought the scales up. Cheap is what you are just like the rednecks here in tennessee who have as many brains as they have teeth. You stand together and get what you deserve. Its people like you that give the companies the advantage to take what should be yours. you disgust me

I'm sorry, I'm already way above the CWA pay scale you're stuck in. I'm being brought into the union way above scale, and now I'm stuck at this pay level with only your pittance for a yearly adjustment to look forward to. I already make way above what the union has got for you, all the union is doing for me is erasing the future pay I deserve, giving it to lazy union guys who think that that they deserve something for doing the same entry level job for 20 years.

I am so proud to be a part of the CWA 2201 Union. I pray that our Customers will back us 100% so we can continue giving them outstanding service. Lets all hang tuff!!
