Actual MPG improved with intake and exhaust, I was getting ~25mpg on the highway. All stock, the car was getting 24 mpg, so the mods didn't hurt.

Which Magnaflows are those? Those are the straight through type, the Performance model right? And what length case, round or oval body?

my 5.0 sounds near stock at idle with bbk equal length shorty's, o/r h-pipe and magnaflow catback. but is sounds really good when you get into it.

i know. thats what i like about it. i have a very restrictive summit racing catback on it right now thats not to bad...but it doesnt have the flow or sound that i like about magnaflow. buddy has a similar setup as you on 89 gt. IT SOUNDS GOOD

If you want a catback that's not loud ALL the time, the Magnaflow is nice, but it can be loud when you step on it.
