suggestion: use a mirror when watching a video and you'll get the idea of how something would look like on the other hand ;)

what 1 handed star method do you use to start this?

@ghostsniper31 it's a custom method developed for the double star. If you know how to do the double star with two hands, it was simply a matter of substituting fingers on the 2nd hand with fingers on the same hand (well, it wasn't that simple, since you have to make some fingers do the job of multiple fingers in the one handed version).

the dubble star on one hand itself it tryely easy..only about 1hr to learn...but on one hand is a sherr masterpeice...i playself got about half way on the one hand but got stuck...i cant find any guide so i had to try and figure it out myself..,but you are a pro. and the little trick at the end is easy once u know how too do it...but in that speed is uncanny..it takes myself about 3 seconds...not 1..haha. 5 stars and sub.

well, the two handed one was done sloppier on purpose to make the one handed look better. It's pretty hard making a nice and big double start one handed with the band I used (it's twice as thick to show up better on camera).

Yes, but I do certain things (XCM, rubberband manipulation, etc.) better with my left hand. Usually things that require strength I am better with my left hand. Things that require speed or more dexterity I am better with my right hand.
