Nice 66, I need to post some vids of my 67. What kind of numbers is that 409 putting down? Mine is sitting on a schwartz chassis with a Twin turbo LS3 backed by a Tick one T56 six speed. 1250hp eats trannies like you wouldn't believe. That boosted LS3 motivated a 67 shoe box to 187 mph on a highway run. I had to slow down because of traffic. I'm going to try it again at night with a camera mount. If all goes well... Sweet car. Ive been dying to put a 200r4 in my Firebird but havent grown a pair to do it yet. How modified is it (i.e. what did they say the max hp the tranny would take) Where did you get the tranny through. How much horsepower / torque you think your making? How far do your revs drop from 3rd - 4th? Notice an improvement in mpg (unlikely the way you drive it :-D) I dont wanna drop 1500-2grand on a tranny if it wont take 500-550lbs trq. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated
