@TheGiorgosGeo Greece!! Whats up with some baklava? lol Try getting comfortable with your piolit freeze and cricket position. Also make sure you have your backspin down!!

Vincanity, I do my coin drops and flares counter-clockwise, but my dominant hand is my right and so that means that I have to stab with my right and do my windmills clockwise. Do you have any suggestions?

@MurderingMango the momentum for your mills come from whipping your leg under you from that starting position, not pushing off your arms. its just like flares, that initial whip swings you around for that second rotation. if you're stabbing right, sweep your leg under your left while collapsing/tucking to go into your backspin. watch vinc's left leg when he does a mill and you'll see he sweeps it
Hey Vinc, I actually have no problem getting to backspin, however, I'm not grabbing enough momentum. I don't understand why, but when I do flare to windmill I have enough momentum but I can't do more than 1 windmill, it might be because Im not pushing hard enough for two, but I'm not sure. When I do a regular windmill alone, I seem to get to cricket position, and I mean cricket position as in bent legs as well and I cant do another windmill off of that. May I have some of your insight? @arturoplateado456 Try doing a backspin to your feet this will teach you how to kick. You actually have to kick your feet up to get higher. Also make sure your backspin is strong
@PanadaBear06 Ussually this means you are not high enough on your shoulders. Try to do you windmill slowly and use both of your hands and your feet(at 1st) to get back on to your hands.

@plugz6 it ussually hurts a little at 1st until you get them smooth. Its all about form and repetition. You muscles and body has to get used to the motion
@BboyFundamental1 hmm how are your backspins? Watch my backspin tutorial and make sure you can do those strong because it teaches you how to get to your shoulders smoothly. Besides that I would say work on your basic cricket position for strength

@PhreshFruitz how are your back spins? My backspin tutorial shows you how to get to your shoulders so that your hips are in the air. Other then that try and practice it slowly so that your hips are higher. I will be getting my part 2 windmill tutorial up in the next couple months as well so hopefully this helps as well.
When I come in for the cricket position right after the backspin part, my elbow miss my stomach and I end up on the ground. I tried it in slow mo but i still can't get it. Tips?
@dheeraj2424 u may be going to low on your back. Make sure you are on your shoulders. I ussually will teach kids with this problem how to backspin and kick up to their feet. I will eventually be posting some tutorials on how to do this so please be patient =)

@bboyfluffybunny hmm I think its a simple positioning issue. Maybe practice the windmill slow a couple times and force yourself to keep your leg off the ground. This may be a little bit challenging at 1st. Also try just being aware of the issue and kick your leg a little higher
Do I need leg flexibility for this? I feel like my lack of flexibility in my legs is the only thing keeping me from improving in Bboy.. Should I just make stretching a daily routine?
I have this problem where im going CCW like you, but i get windmill burns on my right shoulder, when i get back up from my back, im tucking it pretty well, but then my shoulder literally starts to bleed unless i have some sort of tourniquet on it, its so weird...
@chay100372 Thats called a windmill burn which happens to everyone. Let it heal then work on them again. They higher on your shoulders you can get the better.

When I do my windmills it looks like everytime I spin around Iam hoping on my back Iam trying to not do that I kinda want it to be smooth and clean help?

@PhreshFruitz how are your back spins? My backspin tutorial shows you how to get to your shoulders so that your hips are in the air. Other then that try and practice it slowly so that your hips are higher. I will be getting my part 2 windmill tutorial up in the next couple months as well so hopefully this helps as well.

When I come in for the cricket position right after the backspin part, my elbow miss my stomach and I end up on the ground. I tried it in slow mo but i still can't get it. Tips?

@dheeraj2424 u may be going to low on your back. Make sure you are on your shoulders. I ussually will teach kids with this problem how to backspin and kick up to their feet. I will eventually be posting some tutorials on how to do this so please be patient =)

@FRESHINDAH3AD just be aware that you are bending your legs and force them to be straight. Try pointing your toes too. Its a mental thing

i can get on my back fine but my prob is when i pop my body doesn't go high enough plus i have a problem keeping my hips up any suggestions anyone....

Hey man nice tutorial! i have one problem when i do i try and restab... its my right leg/foot, it slides on the floor which makes me go really slow. what am i doing wrong?

@bboyfluffybunny hmm I think its a simple positioning issue. Maybe practice the windmill slow a couple times and force yourself to keep your leg off the ground. This may be a little bit challenging at 1st. Also try just being aware of the issue and kick your leg a little higher

I have this problem where im going CCW like you, but i get windmill burns on my right shoulder, when i get back up from my back, im tucking it pretty well, but then my shoulder literally starts to bleed unless i have some sort of tourniquet on it, its so weird...

@chay100372 Thats called a windmill burn which happens to everyone. Let it heal then work on them again. They higher on your shoulders you can get the better.
