the way i see it is deadlifts are sort of like shooting hoops. theres a general form that you MUST conform to but beyond that, everyone has their own uniqueness to it. As long as youre not getting hurt, to a certain extent, youre good to go
not bad form. i know this video is 2 years old, but just try keep your hips a bit lower during the lift and bring them up at the same time so they look out with your oupper body if that makes sense
that was a pretty solid deadlift, try driving up with your hips more and imagine your trying to drive the back of your head back, itll help keep you from straightening out your legs early like you were doing. Just a tip, hope it helps, really good lift and weight though, keep it up
i wouldnt say your form is bad just not perfect. it does look better than your last deadlift video though. also, it doesnt look like your back is rounding and as long as u dont feel any pain in your lower back while deadlifting, you should continue doing it. i would suggest doing higher rep deadlifts (10 or so) to work on your form. also, dont know if u were looking in the mirror but if u are, turn away from the mirror when ur deadlifting. get a feel for the movement. it wil fel rght wn dn rght
Lol I like the sarcasm in the title and description.Alot of dicks on youtube are retarded. They think that he is doing it wrong and cant lift when in anycase he does it amazing. For deadlift you could either get it up or you cant. Theres no mystery attached to it. Good Job!
Dude, it looked fine. For people that are taller (i'm 6'3") they are not going to be able to be as upright as possible. As long as your lower back doesn't round really badly, its fine.
your form is fine, the only thing is more of a stiff legged deadlift so it would work hamstrings more but your form is good...thats how your body naturally lifts the weight you dont have to change it
Your still lifting your arse up first then pullin it up with your back. WOnt be doing much for your legs. Keep your back straight up and push up with your legs.

Didn't you dl'd about 500lbs last year (with bad form)
