To fix the notorious random multiple cylinder misfire code on mid 90s dodge trucks like the Dakota and the ram. After much research and headaches. It basically comes down to two things, secondary ignition crossfire which there is a tsb you can follow and it is, TSB18-48-98. It has to be followed exactly or it wont help. The second thing has to do with the engine not having enough dedicated grounds. The first aftermarket ground you should add is on the left fuel rail 2nd is off the igncoil bolts.
