Hit hit why his front wheels are turned to the right and hes still not turning much, so he hits his breaks when he sees turning is not working. So he trys to slow the car down before he hitting something. The driver should be going slower when theres water on the road. Plus the video name says oil on road. If anything the speed limit should be lowered plus drive better?

here's the problem, if we observe the silver car's front wheels, the driver had it locked in the right position all along, as soon as the front end slipped the driver should have taken some lock out of the steering to try and catch the understeer and then steer in again.
