If you haven't already done this, go check out the: "The Report from Iron Mountain". I don't know if this document is authentic, but nevertheless it's interesting. There's even a Google video about the report. One of the parts of the document, state, that any future disclosure of alternate intelligent sentient life, would be directed to the benefit of those currently in control of the planet.

I think the idea that chemtrails are suspending evolution in some way is interesting, but it could easily be tested by examining those individuals not exposed to the screening effects of the chemtrails i.e. astronauts. According to William Henry's theory, surely those astronauts would be more "evolved", than us humans on earth.

Chemtrails in my opinion are primarily an attempt to engineer the weather. I think they could do it, if they altered the fuel carried by all passenger planes. So they wouldn't need to have a large scale independent spraying programme.
