down town is disgusting here! Don't get me wrong, not all buildings but most. And it's like so nasty when you see all these young people hanging out around there with their drugs and things like that. A penalty is a MUST for down town property owners... I think routine inspections should be mandatory too!
Absolutely agree, that there should be some penalty for property owners in the downtown area if they do not keep their buildings up to code. Force them to fix them or sell them.
