I definitely agree with you devon, you need tour guide to win this format. I tried to play plants without tour guide and i eventually broke down and bought them. Some other fun decks ive been playing are vanilla beat with horn of the phantom beast and skill drain, gallis otk, and ultimate offering gadget otk with shock ruler.

I disagree with what you say.. all i see is decks taht throw in tour guide are good... and i dont have 500 dollars to spend but i hate losing.. im competitive for everything and winning si fun to me.. so yea... u need tourguide in everydeck and its too expensive...

I love playing anything which everyone doesnt play and for a long time I've done this but just made some adjustments like last format playing tendu zombies and plant sworn and topping and getting Inv too so yeah any deck can be competitive with some random tech splashes that have good synergy with the deck. Like at the moment I'm testing lightsworn with debris troopers pic this means 3 targets 2 black Rose and pix makes utopia and also work very well on their own too

@pitbull1271DJS Well, put into thought that some of us enjoy the way he's talking in his vids already (no homo). Personally, I don't like it when someone starts to get all excited and be loud or whatever to make the vid seem more "interesting". These vids are straight to the point and he explains his thoughts and the way he feels very effectively about cards and whatnot IMO.

Koa'ki Meirus are my favorite deck by far with Steelswarm in close second. Both decks have massive potential, especially Koa'ki Meirus. Once we gain the new XYZ monster M. X-Saber Invoker, Koa'ki Meirus will finally be the extremely competitive deck that I have longed for that can keep up with all decks in the current meta. Steelswarm on the other hand already have massive potential. Our boss monster Steelswarm Girastag is absolutely broken. Makes me glad to see alot of diversity in the game.

I say they should make the next format to obliterate plants i mean they limited dandy and lonefire to one but its not enough, they should either bring back some deck who use to be top tier but got lower because of limitation

I don't think Konami should release these stupid broken tcg exclusive cards just to define the format. There should be more variety, and it will be more entertaining to play against several different decks rather than the top 3 decks that mainly see play. I wish that one day there will be formats where any deck can win and it is up to the duelist to build their own deck and utilize them to their full potential.
