he say no connection to GPS, restarting ports... but i have set port7 ...

is that running on the iPaq 4700 with a VGA screen?

Yes, its an HP iPAQ hx4700 with a 640 x 480 VGA screen, and a very thin anti-glare coating (thicker coatings tend to cut the brightness). It is very bright indoors; but like most LCDs its harder to view in direct sunlight.
