This is a great report on this issue, which may be the biggest threat to public access TV in AT&T/UVerse areas.

FCC will be the heaviest arm you will have. They gave cable right to air only if they allowed public access tv to citizens and government. They are paid by all cable customers. Here in RI 50 cents on each bill Cox cable use to run PEG now PBS does. Verizon came in and didn't want to cover PEG & Cox related they never wanted to which we new. So politicians went to PBS & for the $1.8 million total they accepted! But Verizon, PBS connection is messed up. Good Luck !
