Believe me guys!!.. This is one of the most difficult song to get the complicated sankathis right..Janaki has not learnt carnatic music..Still she sings with such an ease.

I wonder how could she sing so nicely like this. especially the charanam in the start where she sings three combination of ra ra.. it is splendid..

kamal hassan is indeed a good dancer of all the contemporary hero's.

Manju Bhargavi through her balanced posture did a wonderful job in communicating emotion of the song.Also lay people are sure to recognise the song even if audio is in mute.

Cannot say the same with kamal hassans performance.

TheKumarMusic.....That's what is call thandava aspect where a male is not effeminate in dance and for sure kamal should not gyrate his waist like Manjubhargavi...if you are a dancer you'll know that and don't comment for the sake of doing and finding faults.

I would say Kamal is not a great classical dancer. He is just okay, thats it compared to todays standards and brilliant male performers. But this move has been an inspiration to millions of aspiring dancers. Thats an undeniable fact. The entire Sagara Sangamam (Salangai Oli) team can take the credit!! Fantastic movie.

If I observe this movie for a second time in a week, I find flaws in Kamal Hasan's steps...his waist is always straight unlike the Lady dancer who moves it in sink like a spring with her feet.

@TheKumarMusic Male dancers are supposed to look manly. If they dance like women they look like transvestite. That is why male form of dance is can Tandava and female form is called lasya. They are supposed to dance differently like Lore Shiva and Parvati.
