I thought this video was pretty interesting because a few days ago, when I was writing my blog, my topic was on Easter and what it had to with the bunnies and all that, and your results were the same as mine. I think that kind of funny, lol.
Actually easter, like so many other christian holidays, was originally a pagan festival adopted by the Catholic church because they didn't want people believing in paganism.
I've heard something like that before but... I never really looked into it.
I think I heard it about Christmas- because Jesus was actually said to have been born in..June or April maybe? But because they wanted pagan group to believe in Christianity they set Christmas around another Pagan holiday. And yada yada... Seems to have been a lot of that happening..But it is what it is. :]
