  • Hello, I know this is an old video but I have to respond to you saying you don't recommend certain weightloss regimens but you recommend that we watch "Alifelessboring" channel on one of your other videos...I saw him on Truelife and have to say the way he lost his weight was VERY extreme and also life threatening. I just feel like this video was a little hypocritical.

  • There are 3 reasons -

    1. You are not burning enough calories, either by eating less or exercising or both

    2. You are gaining muscle at the same rate that you are losing weight, making the scale stay even

    or

    3. you are on a plateau - this can happen if you've been losing weight for a long time and your body is sort of reseting it self :)

    One of these situations will be yours - I don't know your history or current diet/exercise plan so that's as far as I can help you :)

  • as far as your lag in weight loss, maybe you are focusing too much on just calories and not on fat as well. cause i noticed that you eat a lot of avacados which, yes, are very good for you but they also contain a lot of fat. so maybe thats part of it? either way, you look great!

  • AHhahaha thank you, but I'm sure that's not it :D I eat VERY little fat overall, and the body really does need some fat. I eat 2 avocados/week :P... not that many! And avos are the good fat that eats cholesterol and gives you energy.

    No, I've been eating 1700-1900 calories a day, which will only make me lose about .5 Lbs/week. To lose 1 Lb/week I have to be eating more like 1300-1500 calories/day.

    I just need to DO it again ;)

I agree with the whole "buckling down" and doing exactly what you need to do to lose the rest of your weight, again, I am in the same boat, and am now going to buckle down and focus on losing the rest of the weight...I know this is kinda lame, but since I was not mentioned, am I one of those few that you do not agree with on how I'm losing the weight? or simply the fact that you havn't watched too many of my videos and don't know much about me? great job and thanks!
