Connecticut voters who aid and abet Linda McMahon in purchasing high governmental office will get government of the Rich, by the Rich, for the Rich. Why does a billionaire, who has never participated in politics, suddenly feel the need to spend $20 million to buy a seat in the US Senate? Is it for the good of the People or to pad her own pockets? She’ll eliminate the inheritance tax, the Department of Education, the Department of Energy, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Who benefits?
I haven't yet decided which Conservative I will support. However, I struggle with the knowledge that McMahon failed to vote in the 2008 Presidential Election. To this day, I don't understand how anyone who had concerns about Obama could have neglected to do the one thing in their power to defeat him - which was to vote. I blame everyone who objected to Obama but stayed home to protest McCain, Palin, blah blah blah -- choosing to let Obama win instead. Sorry. No excuse for that.
I like what I'm learning on his web site. But how can we learn more about what he's done vs. what he says. Thanks to Obama, Pelosi and Reid, words don't mean much these days. With them, the only way to know what's going on is to wait 'til their mouths are moving and then watch what they actually do - and more often than not, the two are polar opposite.
Probably because McMahon donated to democrats and democratic committees and causes before. Anyway, I voted third party. This incessant compromising between the lesser of two evils is the reason why the country is in disarray right now. My motto is I'd rather throw away my vote than throw away my principles (or country for that matter). Peter Schiff is the only one running for CT who can bring us back to the Constitution and real conservatism.
Agreed. Peter Schiff's media campaign starts in March. When people know all three candidates, these two really don't stand a chance. The tougher part for Peter will be winning the general election.
Just hope that Linda McMahon doesn't try to buy the election. Whatever. She'll just be throwing her money away.
You've got that right. I get a mailing a week, sometimes more than that, from McMahon's campaign. These are gloriously costly pieces, each one new and unique. I'd love to be the printer for this campaign, but the message is wasted on me for the reason stated above.

You know Rob Simmons is associated with the Freemasons. Check the Wikipedia page for the reference.

Agreed! Peter Schiff for Senate and in with new, refreshing logic that is missing in our leaders today.
Out with more of the same old leaders.

Schiff has a deeper problem than people realise. Be careful for what you ask for, you might just get it.

That is better than "Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy". Ms McMahon should stick to staging 'roid matches.

This is one of the biggest "pwned" moments in the history of politics.

I just don't feel comfortable with either of these two. They don't know economics and conservatism like Peter Schiff does.
