i think the people/thing(s) that sent her the message do this to many people including the ones in there already in paintings and statues and then keep on asking people. i can imagine a scary film like this already though it wouldn't be very long and if you put yourself in her position its really scary cos you'll never get out (or maybe im just claustrophobic)

The 911 call actually "happens" at the end. The pictures symbolize all the people who died in that house. She faints at the end (presumably fatally, and that's when she'd have called 911) and then you see her picture.
