Police get money, local government and city get money, and many other institutions. All these people get the benifit of a job and have a way to make a living. Until the actual street killings come to the USA, nothing will be done about it. Its a cash cow to war on drugs. Drugs won't be made legal until it becomes an Al Capone situation. People in the USA need to be slaughtered first and then they will do something about it.

The Al Capone situation has been going on for most likely the last 50-60 years, its not like you can bootleg marijuana, but growing and selling underground is the same concept as what Al capone did.

And just to go off a little on the "Slaughtered", That just seems a little extreme, I do believe another form a violence can be effective, do what europe does when they want something, RIOT and dont stop
