  • wow!!!!!!!!!

  • right, this is AMAZING. enough said.

  • AGHHH ROZZERZZZ!!!!!!!

  • @xxsmileyface001xx Nice comment ;) (you'll get your money later)

  • quite interesting im from england and have had to ask a friend to make sense of the old one into a 4/4 signature....meggaaa mission, nice vid (Y)

  • @OFFICIALDJEsskay I don't know how long the 4/4 version lasted - it seemed wrong to smooth up the time signature and use a real sax for the lead - I thought the final version with the siren and the original time signature was excellent.

  • @paulwwells ive done a remix that samples the bill theme tune on a 4/4 signature

  • This is good! Would make a good ringtone if "downloadable" (nudge nudge! wink wink!).

Sounds corny but perhaps The Bill theme song could be Britain's new national anthem given that it is one the most popularly watched TV shows there. The end credits song of the Little Britain series perhaps could also be a new national anthem as well!

  • Can u do the Brookside tune?

  • i did the WHOO WHOO WHOO of the siren with my mouth....

  • this was a great show but its still on tv(its not a lie) its on watch but you get to see the same shows again

  • this tune is very good i miss the bill i wish they would make a new serios

  • i really loved the bill, shame it was now put to an end but even still, its memories are still around

  • @jordan16195 Thank goodness they're re-running it on Watch! Eventually, they will go back to the very beginning.

  • It's the old Bil, leggiiiittttt

  • Wow! Love the playing and I love this show. I will rate this up if you promise not to arrest me! LOL!

  • Great playing man. I really enjoy watching your vids even though I have no chance of being able to play the piano. I really love the description on this vid too, gave me a chuckle to say the least.

Your songs sound like the sort of thing you would get in a 'Name the Tv Show' round of a quiz. Actually, thats not a bad idea.....

  • @LiliaceaeProductions I did take part in a pilot programme doing exactly this, but it never was put into production as far as I know.

  • I'm mesmerised with how good you have played this. I can't help but play this video over again. I want to learn this song

  • It looks like you're not even playing it, because when it gets higher your fingers don't move higher. And it sounds EXACTLY like the theme tune. I'm not saying you don't play it, it's just amazing!

  • Did you learn this off ear?

  • @MrTennant71 Yes. I've started publishing some songs for which sheet music doesn't exist.

  • @paulwwells Where can I get the Music from?

  • @paulwwells Where can I get the Sheet Music from?

  • I think i would speak for everyone watching this vid that you are the best of the best and we love it and wish we could do the same. So if you have any free time please make a tutorial for this as the video is too fast for me to play by ear. keep up the good work.

  • wow that was awesome :)

  • what are the notes to the theme tune

  • Love the police references in the description and the annotation at the end!

  • cool.

  • better than the new crappy one they have today. They ruined the Bill by revamping it hence why it is being axed.

  • Damn you KNOW that theme well! Very impressive for a 7/8 Time Frame Sig.

  • Fantastico!

  • AMAZING!

  • The bill is so awsome and this guy is amazing!!!

  • Possibly the only theme tune with a 7/8 time signature. Possibly why it always sounds so 'edgy' and feels as though there's a beat missing... and it's so much more noticeable than the 5/4 Holst used for Mars.

  • @mittfh The composer is a drummer and obviously wanted to do something radical with the timing. The snare gives it an almost military sound. I've never thought it sounds odd in any way - 7 beats just sounds more 'urgent' if you ask me.

  • where is the music for this

  • Absolutely brilliant, tell me where you can the music to this!!! :D

  • @kingylad10 I don't think there is any sheet music available for this one

  • @paulwwells Can we prematurely request some? This would great to play:)

  • thats alsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • were u get the music? i want to learn it

  • shame the bill's going :(

  • can yu make a tutorial vid please

  • lol enjoyed your vids man. I miss having a piano!

  • @mroizouk how can you NOT have a piano?

  • this is awesome!

  • Excellent stuff. Have you a score bro??

  • Policeeeee! Runnnnn!

  • i tell you what if i owned the bill i would pay you money to use this!!!its great !!!

  • NNNNNNEUH-BOODY MOOOUVE!!!

  • Sorry,I couldn't help but make a pun there. ^^

  • Very well played.

  • Thats really good i was expecting it to be crap but its great!

  • it does sound like the 1988 theme does`nt it

  • oh my word that was quality take a bow son

  • Learn the doctor who theme tune?

  • this guy is so good

  • Its the Theme From 1988 My Favourite one

  • Sounds like the 1998.

  • sheet music please

  • cold

  • cheers ive managed to work it out now. thanks for the chords. i will probably post some videos of me playing piano.

  • Great. Please do post them as replies.

  • hi em what tone is this on

  • Hi Daniel. Thanks for favoriting this. The first part is Aminor then it moves up to Bminor.

  • sorry i meant the biit when you key in the tone number for eg grand piano, electric guitar etc etc

  • Ah - I see. I split the keyboard with superior grand on the top and the bottom, but I add celeste to the top and chorus bass to the bottom. Full treble, full hall reverb.

  • wow awesome i so wanna learn this. is there any sites that have a tutorial because im no good with reading music. thanx.

  • Try A minor, F Major, G Major, A minor, F Major, E Major, and you'll be most of the way there. It shifts up a tone at one point - just shift all the chords up a tone to finish it off.
