My sister was working at an animal rescue center and filmed this on one of her days thre, he is angry. Because it was taken on a regular picture taking camera there was a lack of sound but this was followed by him getting up and flying around at her. I think her being there and being an expert she would know.

This bird is hot, they pant which is what this bird is doing, and this bird was probably spooked if your in the cage with them of course they will fly around you. It happens all the time. I have been around these owls and they don't click and puff when they are angry. The clicking is a type of communication, not aggressive communication. When they are angry the feathers on their beak contract and that is it.
