  • 6 We aren't punished for his sins, but men are punished by the act of men, God layed a curse upon men that him and the snake would be enemies and he would work the land.

7 No one ever said Christians get into heaven no matter what they do. Why would we confess our sins if that were true?

8 Who said deeds were irrelevant?

9 Jesus was conceived by the holy spirit entering Mary's womb. God created Mary as he did everyone else.

10 To save the humans and give the a permanent chance for heaven.

  • 1 Because Catholic added a whole other testament if you will, to the middle of the bible.

2 In that verse they are meaning there is only 1 true God (with 3 parts) , the other Gods are either fake or lesser beings.

3 He was willing, that didn't mean he was all gun-ho for it. He was in a substantial amount of pain, he was upset by that.

    4 I don't understand the question....

5 That was his destiny. He was sent from heaven to deliver us of our sins, so that we could live with him in heaven.

  • Very good questions! Here are some answers:

    1. The Catholic Bible has the original list of books regarded as the Word of God (called the canon), while Martin Luther, who wrote the Protestant bible, took out some books that did not agree with his teachings.

I don't have room to answer all these questions, but if you want to post some specific questions on my channel, feel free to do so.

  • @MuslimView When God becomes Man, He prays as Man. But remaining God, He also shares the Majesty of the Father.

  • I have assumed your questions are honest, I have given straight answers, starting to comment from n 10 so n 9 came above it. If you click "show all comments" they will show in the right order and you can easily read them and ask follow up questions that will show between my answers.

  • 1) Why does the Catholic Bible contain 73 books while the Protestant Bible has only 66?

    - The Jews were the people of God, but were not yet united which books belonged to His word, if some of the older or the newest belonged to it or not. Christ came. Christians accepted the fuller version, in Greek, the Septuagint. That is why Catholics have 73 books, Orthodox 75. Jews rejected the Septuagint after rejecting Christ (at Jamnia, CE80). Protestants followed their version because it was in Hebrew.

  • @hglundahl The Protestant major confessions - Lutherans, Calvinists, Anglicans - started 1500 years after Christianity, by men who were rejecting the Latin Translation of the Greek New Testament. Then they rejected the Latin translation of the Hebrew Old Testament too, but also the Greek Translation called the Septuagint. Also, these men rebelled against the Catholic Church on accounts where the books they rejected - notably Maccabees II, last book of Catholic Bible, supported Catholic practise.

  • 2) Why do Christians say that God is three-in-one and one in three when Jesus says in Mark 12:29: "The Lord our God is one Lord"?

    - Because the Three Persons are not three lords, but only One Lord. As already said by St Athanasius and by the First Council of Toledo, before your prophet was even around.

  • 3) Why does the Bible say that Jesus wanted to die on the cross, when the one on the cross was shouting "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" according to Matthew 27:45 and Mark 15:33 ?

    - Eloi is not the sacred language Hebrew, only Aramaic. He turned to his Father in human language. Lema Sabachtani is even a spoonerism (for Lema Tabachsani): He implied psalm 22 was written by a man who was wrong to assume for a moment he was forsaken. Even so, the psalm continues with that insight.

  • @hglundahl Or rather, the spoonerism does not comment as if King David had been actually wrong, actually believing he was forsaken, but it rather means it was a hasty word. Just as a spoonerism is careless pronunciation.

  • @hglundahl wrong about spoonerism, see here: (eitch-tee-tee-pee)o-x(dot)fr/xdo5 (copy paste and replace what cannot be posted here)

  • 4) To whom did God lose Jesus if he owns the whole universe?

    - God did not lose Jesus.

  • 5) Why did Jesus should have been punished for sins that he didnt commit?

    - If a foolish man incurs a debt, can no one else pay it for him?

  • 6) Why we should be punished for the first sin that was commited by Adam?

    - When a man doing evil is punished by forfeiting property, are not his children poorer too? If he forfeits liberty, are not his children born in bondage?

  • 7) If all the Christians are saved through Jesus and are going to Heaven no matter what they do, then whats the point of the teachings of Jesus? and where does the importance of good and evil consists in?

    - Not all Christians are saved. Those who hear Christ's words but do not do them as works are not saved.

  • 8) How can Christians take deeds as irrelevant after becoming one when Jesus says in Matthew 12:36; "But I say unto you that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. For by the words thou shalt be justified, and by the words thou shalt be condemned"?

    - Deeds are not irrelevant. We need to pray, fast, give alms, abstain from sin as far as we can, get sins forgiven. You understood this right, some Protestants understood this wrong.

  • 9) How did Jesus create his mother and she who gave birth to him.?

    - Not in His Manhood, which He got from Her, but in His Divinity which from all Eternity He got from the Father.

  • @hglundahl And the Son was not alone, but the Father and the Holy Ghost also created - both the world, and Heaven above, and the angels, and Mary, who was to be the Queen of all Angels.

  • 10) why did God become human?

    - To make us partakers of God's own life. Also, that God alone being perfect, He should perfectly repair for the Sins against the Perfect.

  • Dude, your just going to have to come to grips that there are people out there who are not and never will be Muslim. Get over it. Oh and your rooster is calling you 2:15

  • good

  • 1) Different branches developed varying traditions. 2) Only God is Eternal. The Power and Word of God are Eternal within the One & Only God. 3) He quoted Scripture & expressed emotions. 4) He gave Jesus over to Death. 5) He paid our debt. 6) We inherit the curse of mortality in our DNA. 7) Genuine Faith produces genuine fruit. Fake faith doesn't save. 8) Christ judges Faith thru Works. 9) God's Word created all. God's Word became human, born of Mary. 10) So humans can become children of God.

  • 1. God reveals different facts to different groups, according to their tendencies.

    2. Again, God reveals different facts to different groups.

    3. The Bible does not state that Jesus "wanted to die on the cross." Why do you make up strange lies?

    4. God did not "lose" Jesus -- you lost both.

    5. Jesus was not "punished" -- he performed a selfless sacrifice.

    6. We are not "punished" for Adam's sin. You have some truly bizarre personal beliefs.

  • 7. Jesus said, "Go and sin no more" many times. He taught how to overcome the sinister influence of atheist dogma and stop sinning.

    8. Christians don't do that.

    9. The Bible does not state that Jesus "created" his mother. Again, you have some very strange personal beliefs.

    10. You believe that God "became" human, but you have failed to provide evidence for any of your bizarre personal beliefs, including this one.

  • Now since you are muslim i have a question for you althought there are many flaws in your religion i have just one. Muslims belive jesus was not the son of god but just a prophet or a good man. BUt i tell you this there is no way jesus could have been a good man or prophet of god or alah if he claimed to be the son of god. Either he is who he claims to be or he is the greatest deciever and liar the world has ever known.

  • Ok question nine is super easy. Mary was used as a vesile. She was not some holy being. Jesus created life but not mary indirectly duh... The holy spirit just impreginated her (not sexualy) with jesus. But jesus was around before mary was created. she was just used to give jesus flesh. And jesus became man so that he may have flesh to die on the cross for our sins.

  • Next, we do not have to be punished for adams sin. Thats why jesus died duh... Next that is not true not all christians will go to heaven no matter what they do. The bible says you will know them by their fruits wether or not they know me. If you accept jesus and truely wish to follow him, you may ask for forgiveness if you truely want to change your ways. Srry couldnt understand a word he said in question 8 his accent is too strong to comprehend.

  • OK these questions are very!!!!! simple. Number one god is three gods and yet one. It is called the holy trenity read the bible. Number two jesus says my god my god why have you forsaken me because gods spirit has left jesus. next no he could not have saved us withou sacrificing jesus because the bible says the wages of sin is death. And someone had to pay the penalty. Next jesus did not have to take on the punishment of the cross. He chose to because he loves us.

  • I am really beginning to hate these things. These "questions for Christians", honestly i feel people are cherry picking at some minor stuff. I believe that Jesus was the Son of God and thats it. If you don't like it or have questions go ask the Pope or a Priest. Thats what I believe and if you've lived my life, you'd see why I believe.

  • As Salaam aleykum warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuh

    ALLAHU AKBAR

Masha Allah keep up the great dawah !

    Jazaka Allah kheiran for sharing

    wasalaam aleykum warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuh

  • i love islam it is so clear

  • @themrpalid, the Bible makes it clear that Jesus is GOD, St. John says: "In the beginning was the WORD (Jesus) n the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD WAS GOD." (John 1:1). The Holy Apostles knew Jesus was God and that is why Saint Thomas said to Jesus "My LORD and my GOD" (John 20:28-29). Saint Paul says that Jesus is of the same Nature of God the Father (Filipians 2:5-11). Jesus and God are 1 (John 17:20)

  • Jesus was a messenger of God not GOd himself. I get this through faith and my research about religion through reading the Bible and Quran

  • Jesus is the only way to heaven, no other prophet needed - John 14:6.

  • Question 1: Homolegoumena - Antilegomena. Question 2: Ego Eimi (greek) Question 3: Psalm 22 - Messianic. Question 4: As one man was the cause of sin for All (Adam) one man would save all from sin (Jesus - God in Flesh). Question 5: Universal Atonement - Redemption. Question 6: Look up Original Sin - It effects all generations by placing the will of humanity in rebellion against God. To Be Continued.

  • @muslimview all religions are probably false man maybe god exists but religions probably dont. just read all the holy books so many false facts and violent disgusting things. there are manyverses in your holy book (the quran) and a lot of other holy books too that teach you to kill the infidels (kuffars) where you find them and that women who arent veiled are calling to be raped. and im not taking any of these verses out of context. just because holy books say they are true doesnt mean it is.

  • PinkBinks: We don't "Blame" Eve for the sin of the world. We simply recognize that her disobedience separated humanity from God (Genesis 3:23-24). Eve was the mother of sin but another women named Mary was the Mother of Salvation whose name is Jesus (Matthew 1:20-21). Jesus knew how hard it would be to die for us but he accepted that fate for us (Matthew 26:39). God Bless

  • (Wisdom 3:1-3). So we ask her to pray for us to God cuz the souls in Heaven intercede for us in the Name of Jesus (Apocalypse 5:7-8). The images of Jesus and the saints remind us of them. But if someone adores these things the Church excommunicates him/her. We have images of them as we have pics of our brothers. The Bible does not say St. Joseph was divorced. Divorce was legal for Jews not for us.

  • ..to fulfill Psalm 22 (21). Jesus was Perfect, he could not sin (Hebrews 4:14-16). We do not praise the Holy Spirit as something Separate from God, When we praise The Spirit we worship God cuz the Spirit is God completely. And if we are going to praise God we must praise his entire essence; Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Jesus is the only Son of God cuz he is of the same Nature of The living God. Abel and Cain married

  • To PinkBinks: You say that 'even if we assume that the Bible is the word of God, many people could change it.' This is not the case cuz if we assume the Bible is the word of God (which it is) then we must also assume that God would protect its word, to protect his truth. There are very prominent women in the Bible: Esther, Judit, Rut, The Virgin Mary among many others. Jesus said "why have u forsaken me.."

  • If God is a loving God why did he kill and torture people? Including Jesus? If Jesus is also God why did Jesus not want to die on the cross and why did he lose faith in God... and HOW would he lose faith in himself?

If Christians aren't allowed to pray to idols or to anything but God Himself then why do Catholics pray to statues of Mary mother of Jesus and say Hail Mary's?

If marriage is for life why was Joseph divorced? He left his wife for Mary.

  • If God is in all of us and we're all children of God - why is Jesus God's "only" son?

Why is Eve considered the one to blame when it took all the machinations of the devil to persuade her to eat the apple and Adam took no real persuading to eat it from a woman?

If Adam and Eve were the only humans on the planet and had 2 sons - how did their sons marry women from the next village over?

  • ... and it's an extension that can manipulate things just as a hand can. But why praise a hand as something separate?

  • I have never seen/heard a proper explanation of the Trinity. If Jesus is also God then how could God forsake himself? What is the Holy Spirit? Best answer is it's like a hand - something of an extension of God like a hand is an extension of us and one that can sense things like a hand can feel things (although in His case it would be a sense we don't have and can't explain in the same way you couldn't explain the sense of touch or smell to someone without it)

  • Unfortunately I couldn't understand 1 or 2 of your questions because of your accent. Never mind. :-( However your 1st question didn't make sense. All religions have different numbers of books & chapters so that's irrelevant. Different Christian faiths don't consider themselves the same religion - so - irrelevant. Even assuming the Bible was given by God everyone knows it was heavily edited and lots cut-out, especially stories of women holding positions of power or influence.

  • I hope my answers help u understand what Christians of the Catholic Church believe. God Bless U.

  • U say divinity and humanity contradict, but we believe God has the power to do everything. Just as we have a body and a spirit In union, God can have two natures. It kind of like a coin that has two sides.

  • We believe Jesus is eternal and one day he took human form and lived among us, he died and returned to the Father were he now reigns at the right of Yawe and is all powerful. When he lived among us he was limited because he humiliated himself to nothing. But now he has all power.

  • I agree that we need to know other faiths to be respectful to one another as children of the Most High God (and only God). People make lots of false accusations about other religions. We can agree to disagree (without compromising our faiths.) but without telling lies about others. I hate when people say that Muslims are terrorists, or violent, or things like that.

  • All knowing and not all knowing at the same time? Because We believe Jesus was true God who became TRUE MAN, with the same limited nature as us. You can best understand Jesus's two Nature by reading Filimpians 2: 6-8. So as God he knew everything and as human he was limited.

  • you're a respectful person too .. i'm not trying to convert people to Islam too since convert is something controlled by God not by creation .. a creation can never guide another creation .. the creator is the only one who can guide the creation .. i discuss christianity in order to open a window of discussion .. in order to be able to know why eachone of us believes what he/she believes .. and so we can understand eachother more and more ..

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered :1) Why does Shia have another belief system to Sunni? which one should be believed and why?.Moreover there is no difference in belief in the core aspects of Christianity between the catholic church and the protestants. Catholicism considers certain extra texts to be canonical, protestants dont. Here too, there are no contradictions, only additions.

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered 2:Where did Christians say God is three?.No one said so.Jesus is god incarnate. Why then say that a singular god has many capabilities?.Or how do you explain the verse Mark Chapter 12:29 Jesus said "our lord our god is one"/.The same Jesus said John 10:30 "I and my father are one"...9Are your hands who came to serve you a part of you or separate from you??).John 8:58 Before Abraham was,I am.(many verses more).Jesus is gods incarnate in flesh. They are one.

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered :3 "My god my god,why have you forsaken me"??..so you mean to say Jesus dint want to die eh?.Contrary to ignorant belief about the saying of Jesus: The book of Psalms chapter 22, is all about the prophecy of the messiah's torture and death. First verse Psalms 22:1 "My God, my God! Why have you forsaken me".Here Jesus is only shouting out the words of prophets who prophesied the birth and death of the son of God.(Jesus is reminding us that everything is COMPLETE)

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered :4 Why wouldn't God save Jesus?.Because God is not a coward and a deceiver, if the lord of Israel has spoken through his prophets in Isaiah, Psalms, Kind David and many other of his prophets with regards to the birth, torture, death and Resurrection of the messiah, all his words shall come to pass. You should go back to the torah and read the prophecies pertaining to the messiah.Too many verses to quote here.

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered 5: Why did jesus get punished while he was sinless?.Who punished god?..heh,Who punished the son of god?.Let me quote,John 10:18 "No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again".

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered 6, now the next question you pose is, why did he have to die?,dont use the word punish. No one can punish the Son of God,the alpha and the omega, and nowhere is it said so.To answer your query.Blood sacrifices of animals for sin atonement was prevalent among the tribes of Israel, this was the law.In a symbolic blood sacrifice he cleansed sin,and your belief in it would suffice.John looked at jesus and said "Behold the lamb of God"John 1:29 and it was prophecy also.

  • @MuslimView Whats the point of the teaches of Jesus when Christians go to Jesus and Pray to him?, you dont need to speak from your understanding of ISA and Muhammed when you ask questions to Christians, so understand the biblical teachings of Jesus, not he Koranic Isa.Both are not the same or from the same God.Why we pray? because he is Gods human incarnate and he also said,I am the way the truth and the life,no one comes to the father, except through me.John14:6

  • 10 questions answered :Sorry,I couldnt catch your 8th question.Letter me the same,and I shall answer you.

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered, 9:Young muslim,I see that you have not read the bible.Your question is how did Jesus create mary and yet be born in her?.Who said Jesus was not existent before Mary?.John 8:58 Before Abraham was,I am.John 17:5 "And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had WITH YOU before the world began"......mary is just another creation, chosen to bring the messiah into this world and nurture his Human form-not the spirit God.

  • @MuslimView 10 questions answered: PArt 10: why did god become human?, because he said he would through his prophets in the Torah, because he loves you, because he came to show us light and pull us out of ourignorance. have answered you,let me quote a verse from the bible.A prophecy that the lord spoke.Mathew 24:11 "And many false prophets will arise and mislead many"---think,compare,contrast.

  • @MuslimView I know some about Islam but you dare call Christians into questioning when all the time I see hostility between Kurds, Sunnis and Shiites

  • @MuslimView If a Christian terms(converts) to Islam it is "deemed" a wonderful conversion, but if a Muslim wishes to practice the glorious Bible then He or She is denounced to death.....even more strangely , ALL NN MUSLIMS ARE WORTHY OF DEATH

  • it's hard to understand how could someone be unlimited and at the same time limited .. and how could God be eternal .. yet had a beginning ..

i think devine and human natures are contradictory natures .. so it's not possible for those natures to be united as one entity ..

  • @MuslimView I understand that it's very hard for you to understand. Because human wisdoms are foolish before GOD. So if u think that God should be like this or like that, then you are what? DO U KNOW EVERYTHINGS ABOUT GOD? Human wisdom said: Everything has the begingning, has an end. Well, GOD can create one and last forever with GOD. GOD is the GOD of impossibilities.

  • We believe Jesus is all-knowing and all-powerful because he is of the same Nature of God the Father. (Jesus is all knowing: John 21:17) (Jesus is all powerful: Matthew 28:18).

  • I have always been a Catholic but two years ago, when I was 20 years old I started to know my faith. I asked myself the same legitimate questions u asked. Jesus has the same characteristics as the Father the same abilities and the same nature just as u and me have the same nature. Jesus is different from his Father in his role of Savior. Even when Jesus is of the same nature of God he is distinct in his role, the Father is the Creator, Jesus is the savior, and the Holy Spirit is the Sanctifier.

  • To Muslim View, u r a respectful person who searches for truth. I do not question your integrity, I studied a semester of Islam history and I think it was very pretty. I don't want to covert u to Christianity I just want to share my faith and explain what we Catholic Christians think.

  • To Muslim View, u r a respectful person who searches for truth. I do not question your integrity, I studied a semester of Islam history and I think it was very pretty. I don't want to covert u to Christianity I just want to share my faith and explain what we Catholic Christians think.

  • God Bless U

  • 4) "The Lord r God is one Lord" I already responded to this when I responded to question 2 of the 10 questions.

James 2:19-We believe in ONE LORD

Matthew 28:19-has ONE NAME shared by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Genesis 2:7- Yawe, the Father, is God

    John 20:28- Jesus is God

Acts 5:3-4- the Holy Spirit is God cuz to lie to the Spirit is to lie to God himself.

  • 3) Yawe, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is One God who has the same divine nature. They have the same powers; they r eternal, omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient, and perfect. They have the same divine attributes but they r different persons. So the Father sent Jesus, and Jesus became man and as a man he prayed to God, he received revelation from the Father. Think of the Trinity as an egg. One egg has three parts (shell, yolk, white) just as one God has 3 persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)

  • 2) Through the cross Jesus redeemed the world. Before the crucifixion no one could go to heaven because of original sin but now Jesus died, went to heaven and sent us the Holy Spirit which gives us the power to obey God's will and fortified by the Spirit to be good to be justified in order to go to heaven. So thanks to the crucifixion we have the Holy Spirit and thanks to this we can follow Jesus who is the way the truth and the life. The crisifiction is also and example of martyrdom for God.

  • 1) Jesus was the son of God, this does not imply he was created. In the old testament when u were "the son of" u were "of the same order of" so the "sons of David" were kings like David. The "sons of Aron" were priests like Aron. So when in the New Testament Jesus affirms he is the "son of God" he is saying he is "of the order of God," God like God. Read John 1:1.

  • hello cathomania

i appreciate your answers. i've been studying about christianity since i was studying in the university. i found many similarities between christianity and Islam. however, i also found that there are several chapters that doesn't confirm with logic nor with common sense.

  • the matter of trinity is an example. as we know God is the creator of the universe, and the creator of all creatures. now if christianity says that Jesus is a part of this God, why is Jesus different from the other parts of God (the father, and holy ghost)?

the Bible says that God is the all-powerful, the all-knowing, while jesus was not. the question is: how could someone be the all-knowing and at the same time to be not the all-knowing? to know something, and at the same time to not know it?!

  • @MuslimView Jesus is different than the other parts because Jesus had a different function. God the Father in heaven rules over everything and gives the law. Jesus, or God the Son, was sent to pay for man's sins so that they might be with God the Father in heaven. The Holy Spirit is still on earth with us to guide us to God the Father. An example might be how American Gov't has three branches that do different things but make up one governing body (not to relate America in any way to God).

  • To Muslim View: four months ago u posted four additional questions on the comments: the reason I will answer them is because maybe u are honest and want to find the truth.

  • I hope u have the courage to accept the truth, sometimes we cannot understand certain things because we as fallible creatures think somethings r just impossible "but for God everything is possible." (Mark 10:27). May "the grace of Jesus Christ...the love of God (the Father;Yawe), and the communion of the Holy Spirit" be with u. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

  • 10) To fulfill the old testament which announced that God would appear to humanity. (Isaiah 9:1-5)(Isaiah 7:14, Jesus is God with us)(Wisdom 2:12-20); He came to give us the perfect example (Hebrews 12:3), to save us (Romans 5:24-25)(John 3:16). Why did he became human because he loves u: God Bless u.

  • 9) Jesus is the Creator of the Universe because "everything (included Mary) was made through him" (John 1:3). Jesus lived with the Father since the beginning (John 1:1) and he decided to become human just like us so "the word became flesh" (John 1:14). So Jesus created his mother and then he came down from heaven and became human on her perfect womb.

  • 8) Catholics believe we have to be good in order to go to heaven and we r justified by having faith and being good (James 2: 14-26)

  • 7) the Church that is One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic (Catholic) does not teach that we r saved by faith only. We r saved by responding to God's grace, by having faith in Jesus and by doing the will of r heavenly Father (Yawe).

  • 6) this first sin is the original sin and all humans have it, we are sinners. It is not that we r punished for the sin of r first fathers, we r punished for r own wicked human nature, we r sinners since the womb (psalm 51:7) but through baptism we r purified with the grace of the Holy Spirit.

  • 5) Our Lord and Savior died and was punished because he loved us sooooo muuucccchhh that he took the beating for us, he also gave us the example to be loyal even when in hardship. He was punished for our sins and "by his wounds we are healed" Isaiah 53:5, this Catholic encourages u to read Isaiah 53, here u will find an answer to your question.

  • 4) where in the Bible does it say that Yawe lost Jesus to something or someone? Clarify in order for this Catholic to answer u.

  • 3) This Catholic Christian does not know where in the Bible it says that our Lord Jesus wanted to die on a cross. Before his passion Jesus said "take this cup (suffering) away from me, but let your will, not mine, be done. Jesus said "my God why have u forsaken me to fulfill the prophesy of psalm 22. In this psalm where it says "they have wounded my hands and feet," verse 17. So Jesus said that to let us know he was the person of psalm 22.

  • The comment below is the answer to number 2

  • All True Catholic Christians believe in ONE LORD who has one Name because he is one God but his name is shared by three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) because within this One God there are 3 divine persons. Mathew 28:18

  • 1) The Church of Christ is the only Church and it is the Catholic Church. The Protestants took 7 books out of the Bible to defend their man made theories but for 1500 all true Christians accepted the 7 books of the old testament taken out by Protestants.

  • You people are fools,, why ask questions when your feeble minds will never understand the answers. I won't waste my time with foolish minds, every religion will have their own answers, just know, my God is real to me in my heart, if your God is real to you, you need not ask these stupid questions you are just lost in your own understanding of your God, I understand my God real well and need not ask you stupid questions to make you look bad, you make yourself look bad with your lack of knowledge

  • Part deux:

This change was after Jesus' life, however. So He would have known all 46. And those 46 + 27 New Testament books=73.

So these 73 were accepted as the Bible for almost 1500 years, when Martin Luther began the Protestant Reformation. Because there were not Hebrew manuscripts known at the time, he changed the Bible from 46 to 39 books...and that's why there's 7 less books there today.

  • Both Protestant and Catholic Bibles have the same number of books in the New Testament: 27.

However, Catholic Bibles have 7 extra books, and here's why:

Around 2200 years ago (so obviously before Jesus' time), Jewish scholars put together all of the Jewish Scriptures - what we call the Old Testament. There were 46 books, called the Septuagint, that were accepted until about 100 A.D. At that time, the Jewish leaders decided to get rid of the non-Hebrew books, of which there were seven.

  • #8 Yes, this is ture... You must understand Righteousness and God the father then you will have fear of God.

#9 Laugh, Jes-us was and is to come, even before the flesh.

#10 God is Spirit, And if the Spirit of God come onto you, shall you say God became flesh? Who made all things from nothing by his word? God the Father of all things you behold, that is why we are Judge for each word for we say it onto God.

  • #4 Lose? God raised up Jesus by Righteousness

#5 apart of what must be done, for the kingdon to come. will of God.

#6 Think ye, Shall Adam eat of the tree of life then from the tree of Good and Evil? btw fruit of the tree is not a fruit nor of any tree, Nor will I tell you.

#7 Wrong who does the will of God will be saved, many Christian follow their own will, and Churches of the Earth.

  • #1 Catholics added books onto the Bible, which has no good place in my view like onto the book of wisdom is by guy that study proverbs of Solomon and made his own book.

#2 Because their is only one God The Father, and one LORD and they are one for the Spirit of God is in our LORD. God made Jesus our LORD for he is the king of Glory.

#3 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.

  • Answer for all these questions. The Bible and all other holy books (including your precious Qu'ran) were all written by the men of the time period and spread through violence and psychological manipulation. FACT

  • Why you are ignorant and try to learn from Christians while thinking you know everything?

  • We will all be judged by our deeds on earth, on the last day of judgement. Jesus is the Son of God, not God. and He did not create the Virgin Mary.We are all God"s creation. The Virgin Mary was "chosen" to confirm its Faith that God the Word became Man truly in the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. When the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a women.Gal.4:4. The flesh was woven for God the Word by the Most Holy Virgin Mary.

  • @vasilyjc1955 You should look into Orthodox theology. You are seeking legalistic reasons to Scriptures. God is a mystery and all Holy. Jesus was crucified for the salvation of the world. Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John 1:29. All Christian do not go to Heaven. Fasting, prayer, adherence to the Church services and teachings, are an integral part of an Orthodox Christian's way of life.

  • If Jesus was the son of God not God, then why do you worship the son instead of the father?

If we will all be judged by our deeds on earth, then what was the point of the crucifixion of Jesus?

If God and Jesus are the same person, then how could God send himself to the earth, praying to himself, receiving revealation from himself, crucified himself, then comeback to his place?

If God and Jesus are not the same person, then why did Jesus say in the Bible :''The Lord our God is one Lord''?

  • @MuslimView By Christ we have been reconciled with God. He is the sole Chief Priest. We have peace with God by the death of His Son. We have been sanctified by His blood. The Son of God came into the world in order to open the path to mankind to the personal salvation of each of us, to direct the hearts of men to the search, to the thirst of the Kingdom of God, to give power on this path of salvation, personal spiritual purity and sanctity.

  • @vasilyjc1955 For there is one God and mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ Who gave Himself a ransom for all." ( Tim.2:5-6) " We were reconciled to God by the death of His Son." (Rom. 5:10) Just as by the death of Christ on the Cross our Redemption was accomplished, so by His Resurrection eternal life was given to us .

You are confusing the messages in Scriptures. Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God. The Only-begotten Son of God is True God even while in human flesh.

  • @vasilyjc1955 Christians worship "the Father and the Son." "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) "Thou art the Christ the Son of the living God." (Matt. 16:16) Jesus was crucified for the salvation of the world. "Christ died for all ,that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again." (II Cor. 5:15)

  • @vasilyjc1955 Where do people get that Jesus is not God,, Emanuel was his name,, God is with us.. If you are Christian saying Jesus is not God you better read again1 timothy 3-16 people,,, don't know where you are getting so lost,, Matthew 28-18 All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth Titus 2-11-13, have I made my point,,, sorry but you need to read your bibles again. Jesus is God.. he appeared for all men

  • Keep Islam in Arabia and there won't be a problem.

  • I have some short questions for you: WHY ARE YOU AN INDOCTRINATED MUSLIM? Why did Muhammad married a 6 yers old little Girl???? Why does His secret life has NOTHING to do with what he "teaches"??? Why does Satan hide in the upper part of the nose? (according to your "holy" writings?"), and i can go on and on..

  • I really like thease questions.

im no christian but i really like them

  • These questions could be answered by any serious educated adult. However, if The Quran is the REAL word of God, you have a serious question to ask yourself: Since so many of the stories are edited or changed versions of stories that already appeared in The Bible much earlier in history, did God realize He got them wrong? Or, did He feel like changing them? Or, did these infadels magically guess huge parts of what God would say? I think its obvious a man simply used these well known stories!

  • 1. Apocrypha is not inspired

    2. Godhead definition; Rulers, Judges, Gods. God being one Godhead, three different entities, differing in authority and role.

    3. You answered the question in the question.

    4. You ask questions on these, yet you have no knowledge of the Sanctuary.

    5. You have no knowledge of the Sanctuary. (Message me, or watch some Mark Woodman)

    6. Wages of sin is death.

    7. The Holy Bible does not teach that.

    8. Don't ask Christians, read the Holy Bible like you just did..

  • MashaAllah !!! Great job.

  • I am a middle eastern Catholic and i know about muslims who keep telling lies and never find out for themselves. if they do, they will be killed. they can only read quar'an.Catholic bible has accepted all books, but of course there are some even more books which only belong other Eastern Catholics. protestants bible deleted by martin luther when he broke away from true church, because he can't forgive his family (church),and he even tried to delete more and add word "alone" in bible.

  • @Catholicist Have you ever read St John of Damascus' critique of Islam (A.K.A. the heresy of the Ishmaelites)? Muslims have been using the same tired arguments against Christianity since their heretical religion began. And they still cannot answer basic questions, such as who foretold Mohammad's coming? Why do they kiss the Kabaa if they are iconoclasts? To quote St John, Mohammad "says some other stupid and ridiculous things, which, because of their great number, I think must be passed over."

  • @age234 please, as a middle eastern we know exactly that the Quar'an is false history made book. We're the ones translated ur history. ur language comes from Assyrian-Aramaic. tell me that is not true. St.John of Damascus' was born in 7centryAD. Mohammed's veses r just another copy and misunderstanding of the bible. HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO READ AND WRITE! he visited a Arian Monk and muhammed took those writings to write his own in cave.he killed people, had sex a 9yr-old,and had many women.

  • @age234 i will guarantee u that i will point out every single thing that muhammed and his followers had done to write the quar'an, by corrupting the words and on top of that he had made false claim and misguided Arabs to death with sin. Jesus said= no one comes after me to be a prophet. "..no one comes to father except thru me.." if muhammed hasn't accepted Christ he is infact was using words to make his own for his villages to claim "truth". whoever, reads this quar'an becomes a terrorist.

  • @age234 those muslims or maybe like you who don't get involved in terrorism are just behind the curtains praising the "marytrs", if that's what u want to call them=killing innocent people.not ur fault of Christian view, becuase of Our brothers and sisters of non-catholics have given a green light for muslims to accuse and bare false claims. i know taht for a fact as middle eastern Catholic. Muslims first attacked christianity in east and Europe and jews to control Jerusalum as if it was in peace

  • @Catholicist Oh, I completely agree. I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian. The Moslem religion has been considered an evil heresy by Christianity since Mohammad's own time. That's why I pointed out St John of Damascus: he was the first major Christian writer to expose the Ishmaelite religion for the silly lie it is.

The one credit I can give the Moslem religion is this: they respect the Virgin Mary more than most Protestants do.

  • @age234 i apologize for my grammar, i was bit tired when i was typing. yes thank for the St.John of Damascus reference. he did point it out clearly. and about those old tired arguements, those being broken into peaces. i debated with muslims and got nothing. i agree with u too, that the only thing that muslims make up for only fraction of their faith is about the respect for Mary's role with Jesus. very sad that protestants or some others have called us names and gave us sarcasms.unbelievable.

  • @age234 i thank you mentioning St.John of Damascus. my sister's fiance' is an eastern Orthadox from Egypt. so, yes i exactly know what ur talking about. too bad these protestants and others have given a wrong notion to people. i mean, i'm debating with people who are out of it. stuck in-place of their own opinions and mistunderstanding of the historical church. they keep bashing on paganism, unbiblical, history that happened during the crusaders. no common sense of what was taken place by these

  • @Catholicist Yes, that is indeed the saddest part. Everyone in the world thinks "Christian" means "Protestant". But Protestants are a new thing, and they are confused about a lot of things. While a lot of them have good intentions and just don't know any different, they give a lot of people the wrong idea about our ancient religion.

  • @age234 yes, protestants and u have these guys who think for themselves with bible that claim they're preaching from the bible but ignoring other parts of the bible. they pick and choose verses according to minds only. they have not been guided by the holy spirit to do the whole works of Christ (like baptizim, Eucharist, confession, etc), except for themselves. they are indeed confused ALOT ABOUT CATHOLIC HISTORY. mixing and matching paganism, giving a green light for muslim to attack christians

  • Since I can't un-remove my comment, I'll summarize it by saying you're an idiot. 0:09 - 0:18 is solid proof of this. You're using completely failed logic to try and support your completely failed religion. I'm an Atheist so I'm not being hypocritical by calling your religion a failure. That is all.

  • @Xhougnaamn they called Muslims ;) even 300 years ago ;)

  • @wiesbaden24 Good call lol.

On a side note, wow, I just accidentally removed my own comment... >.>

    I blame YouTube's new layout.

  • 1) The Catholic / Orthodox Bible use the Bible that was used by the Apostles. The Old Testament in the Catholic Bible has extra book, where as the New Testament is the exact same. The reason for this is highly complicated, but the Catholics / Orthodox use the Bible that the Apostels used....thus, they are correct and the Protestants are wrong.

    2) Christians do not say God is 3 in 1. Christians have been saying for 600 years before Islam that God is 1.

  • judaism-christianity then came islam way way later. When the shit hits the fan 2012 you guys will accept the antichrist as your saviour while us christians will know better !

  • "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ ... "

    ~Galations 3:28 God Bless You.

  • I can't find your comment but I am simply awnsering your questions. Could you post it again? Thanks.

  • dacatholicbandorgan...ok here is what i said:

    2. but those ''people'' don't have the same nature in order to unit in one God!!

    3. if Jesus if one person of the ''people'' of God .. why did God kill himself? is God that weak to kill himself to save his creation?

    4. if God wanted to save us couldn't he have done that without sucrificing Jesus?

  • 2. God can do anything he sets his mind to. If he is able to turn Bread and Wine into the Body and Blood of his Son, then he can unit 3 into 1.

    3. In a confusing way, Jesus is also God but at the same time the Son of God.

    4. Well possibly, but you must understand. In Judasim Sacrafice of the unblemished Lamb was the only atonment for Sin. Since Jesus is the Lamb of God, he is the ultimate and last sacrafice.

  • dacatholicbandorgan...

    5. doesn't this mean that God is not just to punish Jesus for sins he didn't commit?

    6. is this fair? we didn't commit that sin.. why should we be responsible for it?

  • 5. God sent us Jesus to die for our sins. Not for his own (which has has none beacuse he in himself is God). Jesus is the Lamb of God, I am not the Lamb of God so my crucifixion, if I ever had one, would not suffice.

    6. He did not die beacuse someone was responsible for Sin (that is what Hell is for) he Died to atone for sin.

  • 10. God the son became human to redeem for our sins on the Cross.

This reedemtion of all the World's Sins is renewed at every Catholic Mass.

  • 9. Jesus did not create his Mother. His Mother was Immaculately conceived. Jesus was Conceived by the Power of the Holy Sprit. Making him also an Immaculate Conception.

  • 8. It is the Lutherian and other Protestant Churchs that teach you can only get to heaven by Faith. The Catholic Church (which is the Church Jesus founded) teaches that Works and Faith get you to Heaven.

  • 7. Just beacuse you are a Chirstian does not mean you are going staight to Heaven when you die. Faith and works is what is going to get you to Heaven. Jesus died on the cross so that we may be able to.

  • 1. In the year of 1534, a Man named Martin Luther who at one time was a Catholic, started his own Church, called the Lutherian Church. When he did that, he took out 7 books out of the bible.

    2. We belive in One God, in 3 People. The Father the Son and the Holy Ghost.

    3. Jesus felt, although for a short time, felt forsaken.

    4. What do you mean?

5.Beacuse he is the Promised Messiah from God.

6.Beacuse Adam and Eve at the time repersensted the whole human race.
