You both are pretty good , but sophe whenever you are spinning dont lean towards the toe pick stay arould the middle , and it will help you stay in the spin longer

Bij je zweefstand moet je je boven lichaam meer naar beneden buigen en je standbeen strekken. Je been is wel al heel hoog!:D

de westfries is toch in hoorn? daar had ik vorig jaar zomerlessen.

& ja ik weet het van mn zweefstand maar ik durf niet echt verder voorover te buigen ben te vaak over mn puntje gevallen haha!
