If you want to fix cabin exhaust drone to make it more civilized on long trips, it worked for me to take dynamat and put it in your trunk.

I heard these drone pretty bad on the highway. Anyone know if this is true?

Yeah it's true, they have wierd sounds at highway speeds it's as if it dies out and then comes back when your slower. I like a constant exhuast sound at any speed so I went with the Agency Power Catback system.

the reason it dies out at highway speeds is because when you or your car shifts up to a higher gear your rpms drop making the exhaust quieter, that and all the wind and road noise makes it harder to hear the exhaust...you'll only hear it good when acclerating on the highway...and it doesn't make a dif. wut muffler or exhaust setup u have, you'll get the same thing even straight piped

Yeah, go look up Agency-Power exhaust for Scion. I gaurentee it will put a smile on your face :). It's what I have on my 06' scion.

Did your exhasut sound like this vid? Deep and throaty if you know what I mean. I have magnaflow on my 08 tC and it's too quiet. How much did those headers run and how did if effect the sound? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

Auto. No, i haven't done any mods to it. I had it installed at a local shop, they saved me the trouble and picked it up themselves. The tanabe warehouse was just down the street so it wasn't much trouble for them.

whats your set up? do you have after market headers?, stock pipes? cause i've never heard a tc sound that good after changing the headers or mid pipes

my headers are stock and so are my pipes. the reason i didn't modify it is to keep the sound :) if i wanted to start modifying my headers/pipes, i might as well go turbo ;)

wow, this sounds WAY better than a Borla or Magnaflow, the only down point that I wouldn't get this exhaust is cause of the muffler, cops are always on the scope for mufflers like this.... but that sounds AMAZING!

The only mod I have shown is the tanabe exhuast, everything else machinery-wise is stock. My camera probably has better quality capture and is probably the end result of the better sound.
