Posting differences between IoH and Sunshine Islands:

3 more characters were added to the game which are Will, Lilly (Suiren's english name) and the Witch Princess's niece, Witchkins.

There is a total of 15 islands which 5 are already available and a total of 100 sun stones

Like the other HM games you unlock harvest sprites like in the original HMDS Cute(except it doesn't count for the marriage account[yay])

Alisa the church nun is available for marriage

The new things in these games are the 3 new characters and that now you can move around using the d-pad instead of the touch screen and that the storyline of the game change and i belive that harvest sprite help also
