No, this report is not kidding, *but* while report is overall good & on critical topic, it makes error of starting out w/ "some of the criticism ...is based on remarks that he (Koh) *reportedly* made saying that Islamic shariah law should apply in US courts..." Thus report overemphasizes & slightly misrepresents 1 account of what Koh said at an event. But Koh's "transnationalism" indisputedly would submit US to intern'l bodies & law (which could mean UN, ICC, whatever, & therefore sharia).
