Нагэ тупо блокирует удар укэ двумя руками. При хорошем ударе руки будут сломаны. Принцип айки в технике отсутствует.

The ura is harder than the omote .... im having problems with ura .

@eliazourosqw If you look at Aikido and compare it to our lives, you can bare a resemblance to omote en ura in nature. Ura fosters and is caring, while omote is direct and assertive.

So in short, peeps who have no problem with ura are caring, empathic and fostering. While the people who can perform omote techniques well are more direct. And normally when people start training with wrong intentions they are uneasy and impatient. So they create a negative flow to their 'omote'! :)))

@memyselfandi782 yesterday i did kosa dori ikkyu ura , i did it with patience and caring , my teavher said it's very good the technique . I think aikido comes from the inside to the outside . If ur inside is not calm and in harmony , you will not be able to do the techniques in a good way . thank you for your comment .
