@DesoloZ I made up this game where a teenager named Damien must save the video game dimensions from a evil darkness. Along with his friend Sya, he meets all kinds of video game characters, and thus uses music from all these video games (stuff like Super Mario Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, and even games like Cave Story). This song plays when Damien is forced to kill Sya, because she's under the control of the darkness. Hence the sadness.

Third, I see a spark of hope in the reasoning for Zero-two's existence. Look, dude. Crying blood? Maybe it isn't just because Nintendo wanted a super-gory boss. Maybe they had such a sad backstory that normal tears weren't enough.
What is even sad is Kirby knew of Dark Matter's negativity and sadness. He did not want to kill him. He wanted him to understand what love and happiness is like by using the Love Love Stick/Heart Rod. He actually wanted to spare Dark Matter's life but because of all the evil and all the sadness in him any positive emotion caused him great pain and as a result he could not take it anymore and died from the one thing he could not understand. Love. Very sad. :(

@StarJinx101 Zero Two, was originally Zero, which you fight in Dreamland 3 as a bonus boss. Zero two is basically just living off of Zero, so basically, undead. Zero two is an emotions being, meaning he only really feels pain, suffering and such like that. He causes trouble by the simple rule of - If I can't feel happiness, neither should any one else. So, a fluffy kind happy game as Kirby is, even the 'evil' guy has a sad story.
This remix captures the emotion that SHOULD be felt during the battle. Zero and Zero-Two are the embodiments of all the pain in the world, all the suffering. This has all the saddness that anyone with a heart would feel when battleing him. R.I.P 02

yes. to us they are fiction. But to themselves, they are living and breathing things. And besides, fiction was made for entertainment, maybe origins, and/or morals. Video games are just another form of that, They are interactive, moving story books. In alot of cases, morals are derived from unfortunate events and are much easier to point out. Keep in mind that this piano version sounds depressing to a majority of people. Sad music makes people think.
I really like this remix! The simplicity of the piano and strings makes it so it's not over bearing and adds to the feeling of despair and loneliness. I love it! Keep on remixin'!

Dark Matter is a guy...I think he is anyway. Drawcia is the only villain I know in Kirby that is a girl not counting Lovely who was the demon flower from the cartoon.

True pain is in the interior, no matter how much you hate someone or something, Zero Two want to give his heart to someone to believe in him. But in a case, he was rejected in his past. This can explain why he's causing trouble: to show people how valuable he is. Kirby and his friends understand only friendship and amusement, they don't care about life, pain and love.
I don't think that's the case. If Kirby and his friends don't care about love, how do you explain Kirby's relationship with Chuchu and/or Ribbon?
In the Kirby Wiki, it states that Zero Two caused all this trouble because he believed that if he can't feel happiness, no one can. He's not looking for a companion, he wants the whole universe to be sad so that he doesn't have to suffer alone.
Zero Two is still a tragic figure, but he certainly isn't looking for a friend.

And I REALLY suggest getting some of the Kirby Dreamland + 64 games. Play 1 and 2 on a gameboy emulator (like BGB), and play Kirby's Dreamland 3 for a Virtual Console (if you have a Wii)... Oh well. The games aren't the toughest but the environment and music are enough for me to get a Kirby game... Except Yarn ones.
@Henkco I'll try downloading it on my Wii. I seriously recommend you get Kirby's Epic Yarn. It might look easy, but it's hard to complete the game. You have to unlock all the hidden stages, get all of the treasures, finish the apartment, get all the beads. (if you don't have it.)

People did not care about what Giygas wanted because he wanted to come in peace to meet his sweetheart, but people of Earth attacked him instead. So he went back in a capsule to take revenge of this suffer and then bla bla bla...Devil Machine turn off and Paula praise and Giygas is no longer alive.
@1ZeroTwo64 Suigintou was an incomplete doll during most of the series and she wanted to be complete like the others. Because of this all she knew was pain and sorrow. Shinku referred to Sui as being different than her and the other dolls. So Sui's goal is to defeat all the other dolls to show how valuable she is. Shinku and the others dolls were like Kirby and his friends, knowing mainly friendship while Sui feels rejected.
But this is just my opinion, but do you see where I am coming from?

Considering that Nightmare tried to fill Dreamland with nightmares, Dark Mind tried to dominate the Mirror World, Drawicia tried to turn Dreamland into a painting, and Dark Nebula tried to destroy the planet Popstar in a black hole, I think the only final bosses in the Kirby series that deserve hugs are Zero (and by extention Zero Two) and Grill.

I have to agree. That joker belongs in the loony bin. He was purely motivated by greed and manipulated Kirby to achieve his one wish. To destroy Popstar by colliding Nova into it. He would have succeeded if too if the Sun and Moon did not hold back Nova so Kirby could fly in and deactivate him. The guy was insane. He does not need hugs let alone want them. He needs a straightjacket.

kirby NEVER tried to kill zero, if he wanted to do that, then the star rod would be a better option, but not, kirby used LOVE, something that zero just cant feel or understand, and by selfinesh he wants the universe to feel like him, kirby wants him to understand good feelings, like love and happiness , feelings that power the love stick and cristal gun, so he was giving zero good feelings, kirby was saving him....

@joelcll but at the same time, Dark matter will never be able to feel love because she was born from hatred and anger and greed. Kirby tries to force it on her, making her hurt because kirby is shooting pure love, while she is made out of pure hatred. they arent polar opposites, but they arent the same thing so it hurts her.

He needed time to understand it. 02 didn't take over the universe by selfishness, he was getting revenge. Kirby does NOT want him to understand good feelings, he wants him DEAD. The Crystal Gun made Kirby and Bow Gods so that they could go into 02's dimension. He went to him and brutally overpowered 02 with Godly powers. 02 was only trying to save himself...

But come on, using blood on a pink baby puffball is mean, if zero was "innocent" in the first place it would have stayed in his black darkmatter bubble without disturbing the rest of the universe... i still think zero is just a bloody ball of negative evilness (wich is sadly underused these days..).. justifying it doesn't feel right...

2): ZERO's weakness was love.
3): Zero Two wanted to spread his hatred over the galaxy...
4): Kirby wanted to make Zero/Zero Two understand by using The Love-Love Stick(Heart Rod) and the Crystal Gun which was embraced with feelings.... and used it to try to make him have feelings so he could understand, but it killed him in the process...

True pain is in the interior, no matter how much you hate someone or something, Zero Two want to give his heart to someone to believe in him. But in a case, he was rejected in his past. This can explain why he's causing trouble: to show people how valuable he is. Kirby and his friends understand only friendship and amusement, they don't care about life, pain and love.

I don't think that's the case. If Kirby and his friends don't care about love, how do you explain Kirby's relationship with Chuchu and/or Ribbon?
In the Kirby Wiki, it states that Zero Two caused all this trouble because he believed that if he can't feel happiness, no one can. He's not looking for a companion, he wants the whole universe to be sad so that he doesn't have to suffer alone.
Zero Two is still a tragic figure, but he certainly isn't looking for a friend.

And I REALLY suggest getting some of the Kirby Dreamland + 64 games. Play 1 and 2 on a gameboy emulator (like BGB), and play Kirby's Dreamland 3 for a Virtual Console (if you have a Wii)... Oh well. The games aren't the toughest but the environment and music are enough for me to get a Kirby game... Except Yarn ones.

@Henkco I'll try downloading it on my Wii. I seriously recommend you get Kirby's Epic Yarn. It might look easy, but it's hard to complete the game. You have to unlock all the hidden stages, get all of the treasures, finish the apartment, get all the beads. (if you don't have it.)

Glad to see there is something to do in the game then. I have to say I like the final boss music, it's so nostalgic with all the old musics.

@newquinken Giygas is a tad bit different than 0². Giygas (or Giegue) was an alien who loved a human woman. People did not care about what Giygas wanted because he wanted to come in peace to meet his sweetheart, but people of Earth attacked him instead. So he went back in a capsule to take revenge of this suffer and then bla bla bla...Devil Machine turn off and Paula praise and Giygas is no longer alive.

@1ZeroTwo64 Suigintou was an incomplete doll during most of the series and she wanted to be complete like the others. Because of this all she knew was pain and sorrow. Shinku referred to Sui as being different than her and the other dolls. So Sui's goal is to defeat all the other dolls to show how valuable she is. Shinku and the others dolls were like Kirby and his friends, knowing mainly friendship while Sui feels rejected.
But this is just my opinion, but do you see where I am coming from?

Considering that Nightmare tried to fill Dreamland with nightmares, Dark Mind tried to dominate the Mirror World, Drawicia tried to turn Dreamland into a painting, and Dark Nebula tried to destroy the planet Popstar in a black hole, I think the only final bosses in the Kirby series that deserve hugs are Zero (and by extention Zero Two) and Grill.
