I love the Purpose Maker records. It was hard to hear a techno set in the 90s without at least one Purpose Maker track in it. I have the whole set but mine are all worn down...

Absolutely, that is exactly what i am saying. But on the other hand, we don't have to romanticize it..... from a technical point view, he misses alot of beats, period. A normal house dj can't get away with this sort of transistions.. I don't think we have to lie about it. Because it's Mills? What does he care..

But it doesn't matter. It makes the music ultra dynamic. This sort of vibe can't be reached by mixing clean anyway.
