What a nice idea! Simple but something new! To me it looks like Goma & peppers seasoning is the key. I defenitely want to try this myself next time. I may be gonna put some Nori(see weed) or Katsuobushi on them,too. Thanks!

Seems a little raw for my taste. Baking it with a light layer of sesame seed oil would be delicious.
