I'm a "current generation" Aggie, and I don't think this vid makes you less of an Aggie really ... it's a spoof if I'm not mistaken.

As far as I'm concerned, its not that losing games is why most Ags are upset with Coach Fran, it's that little insiders' newsletter thing that's got most Ags upset. He's (well, was) a coach in Aggieland, the Honor Code should apply to him as well.
