I found out because someone posted a comment on my cover of your song, yesterday. A little too late for your deadline. However, a blessing none the less. I personally was blessed by this song while driving in the car , listening to the radio. I realized tears were falling, I was moved, the song lingered in my heard for a week, Finally, I sat down one morning and recorded it on Youtube. Joy consumes me even now when I hear your song, we sing it as a praise & worship song at WOCC in Durham.
