s'okay mate, it's s2. Don't know about the weaps, but my guess is he's either in s1/s2/s3 shield and MAAAAAAAAAAYBE s3 weap.

The shield is S2 I would assume, the S3 shield looked different. The weapon is the King's Defender from Karazhan

Executioner did help tanking. It helped you get threat faster. This didn't really apply for easy stuff, but the later stuff like t6 *fights were you didn't need as much avoidance as possible* this was an option for tanks.
