Secret to the getting past the physiological addiction is to do as follows. Get on suboxen taper as quick as possible to where u can get out of bed and function on 2 mg a day, then skip one day, then take adderall or some others amphetamine for about a week first thing in the morning and... quick fix legalize marijuana, and ive been down the Rx road and im 6 years clean.... started with vicodone, went to 3 oc 80's a day, went on 16mg of suboxone, weened off 2mg at a time and i had no bad effects, and i havent relapsed since, u can do it!!! and dont let other ppl tell u weed is bad, my dr rx's it 4 me....

Don't get me wrong, its better than sticking needles in your arm or snorting, but if you want chemical assistnace in getting truly clean, use Suboxone. It is still a partial agonist, but it does not at all give you even half the euphoria that methadone does, and it is much healthier for you. BY THE WAY, METHADONE IS THE WORST WITHDRAWAL THAT I EVER HAD, Suboxone withdrawal is child's play, smoke weed during the day with emetrol for nausea, & take a diazepam at night for sleep, easy as cake.

Methadone gets you high as a kite, I cant even think of how many times i nodded out on that shit. Methadone is TEN times stronger than punk ass OCs or Vicodin! It is just as bad and makes you look VERY unhealthy, the ONLY difference is that it takes the delinquent behavior out of your drug use, Methadone does you no good.

I think its funny when people on here say that Methadone makes them feel more "normal". Haha, yeah it makes you feel normal, if you're normal is being HIGH AS FUCK which IS normal for opiate addicts, thats what we love, the nodding, pinned pupils, yall know what im talking about. I have been on everything including methadone and suboxone. Suboxone is BY FAR better for getting CLEAN, but if you just want to avoid buying street drugs and still get high, get on methadone!

if youre going to try and detox at home you have to get some vitamens and gatorade to drink for the potassium. otherwise when you start the diarrhea and pissing youre brains out you will only get sicker from dehydration and weaker to. when you go to detox they give you a i v vita pack right then and put fluids and vitamens back into youre body. it makes you feel better quicker. drinking water alone. only flushes youre body worse of much needed vitamens. try that next time. god bless.

You only get withdrawals off suboxone if your an idiot and don't taper correctly. No suboxone is not garbage. No your not still "addicted". Addiction is when you lie cheat and steal to get your drugs. Suboxone is just like taking insulin for a diabetic. The only difference is that we are addicts instead.

if your looking to stop taking opiates, DONT TAKE SUBOXONE the withdrawls last way longer, there not as crazy as H or OC but liek i said before its not fun having to go through this for months at a time possibly, so man the fuck up stop eating pills wait it out a week in bed, then its all up you your mental strengh, Can I get through this?, tell your self yes i fucking can find a hobby that you didnt have when you were high that helps alot aswell

suboxone is garbage. they take you off of stuff that you love, but ruins your life, onto something that THEY profit off of completly and YOUR STILL ADDICTED, dr.s FAIL to tell patients of withdrawl, ive been on suboxone for a month now, thought hell im feeling allright to stop so i did, the day after i ate a handful of vicodin, and i still havent slept for 6 days now, diareah sucks, and suboxone is BULLSHIT if you wanna stop doin opiattes dont take suboxone withdrawl can last MONTHS at a time

I went to one of the nicest public schools in the midwest and our administration is having to deal with almost 10 students a week coming forward with addictions to opiates. Opiates ruined the last couple years of my life but thanks to suboxone I have a new chance at life I may be on the drug for years even decades but im ready for my new life without addiction.

This is a very good video, and suboxone is NOT the same as Methadone, yes, please get educated. Suboxone can save lives, taken properly, and used with therapy and/or meetings.

Uh no. I am on Methadone.. which is Methadone(Symoron, Dolophine, Amidone, Methadose, etc...) Bupenorphine is Suboxone or Subutex. I, personally, think Methadone helps me stay away from heroin and opiates a lot better then Suboxone... however, it is more addictive. The feeling is better and allows me to feel more normal, where as Suboxone still made me feel withdrawal symptoms. I will probably be on Methadone for the rest of my life, so I'm not worried about getting off.
