I think that the Best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. did you have a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)? from what i've read and what my surgeon's coordinator says, abdominoplasty doesn't have a vertical incision. did the surgeon tighten your muscles or just cut off the fat and skin?

it was call the pannicul thingie plus hernia repair. The vertical inscision was to bring those mucles in too. They were separated by the fact I was big before. He tighened the snot out of the muscles. Even today I sneezed and nearly screamed! He didn't cut through the muscles of the abdominals but did tighten them and brought them in

so that's why it was covered by insurance? i know that abdominoplasty isn't covered at all because it's considered cosmetic. but, a panniculectomy is because it can cause health issues such as yeast infections and back pain. so, he put in mesh to fix the hernia and then tightened?
