Thanks for the kind words, fellow people. We are definitely paying homage to about 12 different Ministry songs in this jam, no doubt... particularly "Thieves" with the drill samples and crowd cheers. :-D
We hope to see some of you out on the upcoming tour we are doing with Front Line Assembly, Die Krupps and DJ? Acucrack. We will be playing the US and Canada from May17-June13. Check out cyanotic.com for all the dates and hit us up whenever. Keep spreading the music like a plague! Thank you!
I think I know the 3 people that disliked this vid: George Bush, The prime minister of Holland (Jan Peter Balkenende, the asskisser), and someone who accidentally pushed the wrong button. :P

Well, There's very few who can pull this sort of singing off in industrial, one being KMFDM, the sound sounds great, but the singing sounds too screamo and gross. They seem like a wanna be KMFDM band to me.
Not as liberally as some, but yeah, we definitely rock the cheer sample in that song. Like I said, its an old school homage, so we had to bust out the mechanical drill noise and the crowd cheer! :D
This was definitely meant as an homage to the great years of Ministry, even though, and I don't know how, but we actually didn't intentionally write this song as so. I mean, the chorus, obviously, with the taka-taka punk drum machine beat was total Ministry, but the rest was just about making a song dedicated to the old school. We really appreciate all the support we've been getting from old and new fans alike these past few months. This next year's gonna be a good 'un, me thinks.

One of my all time favorite John Carpenter movies indeed. Thumbs skyward to all the people who have noticed our sampling of a classic.

This is such a great track. I love the drums on this version of the song. Lots of double bass kick in there, but not overused like in a lot of metal.
