Its not to hard to do , he is doing what the snake charmers in India do with ropes and canes, look an the ground there is a blanket or a towel , it is hiding a metal platform this connected to a metal bar that goes up his pant leg , and he is sitting on a small seat hidden in his pants , that's why he can appear to be leaning or standing on one leg .

There's a metal stick attached to his left foot ending with a stand. The stick is attached to the ground as well, so he's actually sitting, but the stand is hidden within his trousers. You didn't really think he's standing like that the whole day, did you ? A normal human being can last 1-2 minutes in this position, even if he's trained he can't do that for more than 5-10. So that's my best guess.
