its really easy to transfer tabs from guitar to mandolin...on a guitar tab just take away the bottom E and B string and then you pretty much have the tab for mandolin right there

all I can say is WOW!!! What a fantastic job you did on this one! This is one of my most favorite Led Zeppelin songs of all time, and you were terrific! I got a mandolin for Christmas this year, and I'm only a beginner who is learning on her own. This is one of the songs I am aiming for. You give me a lot of inspiration! Thanks for the comment. As far as Zeppelin--I'm not going to touch any of the mando tunes. I like doing the guitar tunes too much! I've been toying around with Kashmir and Immigrant Song. Problem with Immigrant Song is that it's in F# and I don't have the low F#. Might transpose it into G. Ought to work up Hot Dog--it'd be good for mando.
