You have huge historical problem here, if Nero became pope , then how did Clement become pope and other bishops of rome , who spoke out against roman leadership, Even in the book of Clement while John is still alive, the leadership of the Church falls to the Bishop of Rome, may I ask where is this going? They were called Rex Sacrorum, a title which held no political power. The Pontifex Maximus was the Roman emperor since the beginning of the Roman Empire, and the king since the beginning of the Roman monarchy. If you watched the other videos you'd see that the bishop didn't lay claim to the title until centuries later.
