Traffic lights are changed from red to green by strobe lights on emergency vehicles... not radio waves from cell phones. Do some research, You can either build one for cheap or program a universal remote control with the right strobe rate and replace the IR LED with a better one and remove filters if any for more distance. Do your homework before making videos such as these. If you wait long enough at a red light trying to use this application i guarantee that light is going to change to green!!

@bigboi07070 Actually it does. The light on one of the intersections turned red, liek just turned red then i used it and it turned green right away. For it to work u need to be fully stopped at the light and point your iphone facing the windshield. Make sure your very close to the light. Yes it does work ill make a vid after christmas.

Aren't traffic lights set on timers? But this app is a bunch of bull. I don't need to try it out to know that. Of course it the light will turn green, it will always turn green

@redneckbriefcase yes they usually are but you see there are special inferred sensors that look for cops and stuff. it's the little black thing on stoplights
