  • Have opened couple business to my family members back at home but they blow them to dust,I wish I had a brother of the same mind in Kenya,we would have done bunch !!!!!!! May God increase you with great wisdom to inspire.

  • 1:25 its Omar Epps on the right?

  • This man is an inspiration to all Kenyans that you can do anything business and make it a success..who could have imagined...create a shoe shine franchise!

    Wish you success brother...from Canada....

  • if this dude comes to eastern europe he will make a fortune

  • They should have shoe shine booths for sneakers and put them up in the malls...I dunno but where I live 90% of the people walking around in the malls are not wearing dress shoes...

  • Oh, my! This is one side of Kenyans that makes me proud!

  • youth is so wasted among kenyan young. to see the like of this guy is inspiring.

  • smart man....

  • hii ndio kenya tunataka

  • great n inspiring. anything is possible in kenya. keep it up omosa

  • Wow....Good for you Bwana Omosa. Entrepreneurial mindset and creating employment along the way; Hongera.

  • ths is what i call youthful leadership and entrepreneurship

  • i like this! very refreshing after a day filled with crappy news :-)

  • @Flaviahob well said!

  • @suensmith Everyone is gifted differently, don't put down your family members. They will catch up with time, they may be slow but somehow, with time, they will wisen up.

  • I find this idea wonderful! One thing that should be added...the shoe shiners are bending when polishing the shoes, This takes its toll on their back and with time it will be a problem for them. Would it be possible for them to get a stool to sit on when they are polishing the shoes. That was the norm.

  • @JohnGitau i noticed that too. it couldnt be good for the back. as much as caring for the customer, he should care for the workers too.

  • @suensmith Good thing you learned about it in good time! People must work to earn their living!

  • @suensmith Perents sometimes joins in the feeding spree.Sad!Little do they know...

  • @suensmith why do you send them money that they don't need? I joined my kid bro's business as a partner after I saw his work ethic, diligence and creativity then funded the initiative and he is not blowing it in alcohol - he is increasing the asset base. If they don't need the money don't send it - they wont die.

  • damn he is soo young and intelligent!!...good job oliver

  • @suensmith I couldn't agree with you more.Folks with family member/s abroad think that it is there right to blow up monies sent to them and stop thinking on their own.I've got a few painful experiences of my own.

  • @suensmith kweli you are not alone. They behave as though money is plucked from a tree in the West!
