That was a sebaceous cyst. It forms a sack under skin and fills with sebum (the smelly stuff). If you don't get the sack removed it can come back. No gloves or sterilizing the area put him at risk for infection. Be very happy if it didn't come back!! That was awesome to watch though!! :-)
