only problem is if your losing fuses usually means theres an electrical fault, replacing a fuse with a solid conductor will force it to accept the fault/load, nobody should ever try this unless u like putting a car out of fire.

actually there was one more failure. He was trying to Disarm a mine he had stepped on. He almost beat it but he messed up at a critical moment. Lucky for him, the mine was a dud as it was too old.

there was another one from that same episode when he was trying to escape from that sinking boat and the badguys had locked him in. he was pumping water into the buoy and trying to blow the door off and it didn't work! luckily there was an oxygen tank which he could use to blow the door off.
