i dont support charlton, i support norwich, but i went to the last game of the 08/09 season and saw it and thought it was a pretty remarkable story, they've had their ups and downs, and i hope they will join norwich in the top 2 next season.

i personally think he deserves to stay - in the last 10 games spirit and performance levels have improved a lot, and the players clearly respond to him
The performance has been better but the results have remained around the same. Personally, I have no idea on how he would do but the 2 choices are give him a chance and hope he succeeds but risk him getting worse or to sack him and hope for a better manager but risk having a worse manager than him.
