I'm trying to find the sniper rifle and minigun it's much more harder to find than in fallout 3

i saw the sniper rifle in the Gunrunner shop.. But , i think it is not always there!
( You can found a nightscope for the Vermin Rifle, and make a '' sniper rifle'' with it lol, You can modify your own weapons easily in Fallout NV!!!!!)

I love this game can't wait for Dead Money to come to PS3.

Dead Money is an expansion only on ps3 ?
