Hey Ryano50, FYI, some left handers do play "upside down" with the high E at the top of the neck. But Jimi (and the guy in this video) did not. Watch him hit the the low E and you'll see what I mean. Hendrix did, however, play a right-handed guitar strung upside down (as is this guy), giving him the advatage of controlling the volume and tone knobs with his forearm. And playing a strat (unlike this guy) resulted in the low E string having the longest length which contributed to his tone.
